Marjorie de Sousa is enjoying a getaway in paradise in her swimsuit. The Venezuelan actress shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit while vacationing at the beach in one of her latest social media posts. Marjorie likes to make exercise enjoyable. For her, that is dancing. "Do fun exercise," she told People. "Don't just think about losing weight. It's better to do some activity that you like and distract you. For example, if you do Zumba, you dance, have fun, and exercise at the same time."

Marjoria maintains that consistency is the key when it comes to both diet and exercise. "Be consistent, and you will see results," she told People. "You have to be religious with your training and eating."

"People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Hydration is a priority for Marjorie. "Drink a lot of water," she told People. "I also recommend drinking green tea to make cellulite go away." According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
